Too Faced:
Recently I have joined the hype behind Too Faced makeup. There are so many raving reviews online about these products that once I ran out of a few daily essentials I decided to give them a go. If you have read a recent post of mine you will know I have fallen in love with the Too Faced Natural Eyes palette so head on over to that post for more about that. Secondly, I bought the Too Faced Primed Poreless translucent powder. I have never used translucent powder before but this powder is amazing and I would 100% recommend. This powder makes your face look matte so I can guarantee that you will not be shiny throughout the day. The feel on the skin is silky smooth and because it is translucent it doesn't cake your foundation. Lastly, I have been loving the Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara. There is so much hype behind this mascara I had to see for myself and what you have heard is all true! I like to wear quite a bit of mascara as long bold lashes is my go to look, I thought this mascara may not be right for this kinda look but I was wrong. This mascara is easily build-able to whatever thickness you like your lashes to be. This product is easy to use and gives you long bold beautiful lashes.
Elf:
From high end to drugstore, after splurging on Too Faced products I turned to Elf for some final missing items in my collection. I was in desperate need for some highlighter and decided to pick up Elf's Baked Highlighter in Moonlight Pearls. This product is very light meaning it adds a subtle shimmer to those upper cheek bones or where ever you like to wear your highlight. Without knowing I needed some I found a daily brush cleaner spray from Elf. This spray you simply spritz onto your makeup brushes after each use. I am useless with cleaning my makeup brushes and when I saw this I knew I had to try it. This product smells amazing and actually removes and softens your brushes after use. Of course for a deeper clean I would soak your brushes properly, but for daily use this product is amazing.
Mac:
Last but not least I have revisited one of my older eye shadow pigments from mac which is the day gleam pressed pigment. I have had this product for a while, I used it a lot during the Christmas season as it is a sparkly gold shade. However recently I have been experimenting with my make-up and wondered if on it's own it could be used for a simple daytime look. I love this product because one layer is perfect for a subtle shimmer. This product can easily be layered for a more intense look.
Thanks for readings Mwah xx
